The VSM position posting screen is easy to use and provides maximum flexibility. Features include manager approval, budget cost analysis, tier groups for release of postings to internal pools and vendors based on priority, and optional bidding.
Once a position is posted, vendors are notified of the specific unit requirements for each position.
